Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Agilva Solutions ("we", "our", "us") handles information in connection with QR Hub for Jira, an Atlassian Marketplace app built on the Atlassian Forge platform.

Because QR Hub for Jira runs entirely on Atlassian Forge with no external servers or APIs, our data handling is minimal by design. We have built this app to collect as little data as possible.

Data We Collect

QR Hub for Jira collects and stores only the following:

• Dashboard Gadget URL — the URL you enter into the Dashboard Gadget input field. This is stored using Atlassian Forge's storage:app API, scoped to your Atlassian site. It persists until you update it or uninstall the app.

This is the entirety of data stored by QR Hub for Jira.

Data We Do Not Collect

QR Hub for Jira explicitly does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Atlassian account IDs or user profile data
• Issue content, summaries, descriptions, or field values
• Project or board names or configurations
• QR code images (generated in-browser and never sent to any server)
• Usage analytics, page views, click events, or telemetry
• IP addresses or device identifiers
• Cookies or tracking technologies of any kind

How Data is Used

The only data stored — the Dashboard Gadget URL — is used solely to display a persistent QR code on your Jira dashboard across page refreshes. It is not used for any other purpose, is not analysed, and is not shared.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your data to any third party. Because all data is stored within Atlassian Forge Storage, it never leaves Atlassian's infrastructure and is never accessible to Agilva outside of the app's own runtime context.

We have no analytics providers, advertising partners, or data brokers associated with this app.

Data Retention & Deletion

The Dashboard Gadget URL is retained in Forge Storage until one of the following occurs:

• You update the URL in the gadget (the old value is overwritten)
• You remove the gadget from your dashboard
• You uninstall QR Hub for Jira from your Atlassian site — at which point Atlassian's platform automatically deletes all associated Forge Storage data

To request deletion of any data associated with your site, uninstalling the app is sufficient. You may also contact us and we will confirm deletion.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including GDPR and similar regulations) to:

• Access data held about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

Given that QR Hub for Jira stores no personally identifiable information, most of these rights will not be applicable in practice. If you have a question or request, please contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

QR Hub for Jira is a business productivity tool intended for use within Atlassian Jira environments. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will notify users of material changes via the Atlassian Marketplace listing where required.

Continued use of QR Hub for Jira after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
